Condemnation Message on Pahalgam Terror Attack
In remembrance of the innocent lives lost and an appeal for unity and justice
We, at MIME'N'M EDU-STEP FOUNDATION, express our deepest condemnation of the heinous terror attack in Pahalgam, which claimed the lives of 26 innocent pilgrims. This barbaric act against peaceful devotees, travelling on a sacred journey of faith, stands as a grim reminder of the threats faced by humanity at the hands of extremist ideologies.
Why Hindu Religion Was Targeted: A Deeper Reflection
The Hindu religion, rooted in peace, tolerance, and universality, has always emphasised Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the belief that the world is one family. Terror outfits, driven by divisive doctrines and political motives, often target Hindu pilgrims and places of worship to instil fear and disrupt the pluralistic fabric of India.
The Amarnath Yatra and other pilgrimages like it symbolise unity, where people from all corners of the country and different walks of life come together in faith and devotion. By targeting these yatras:
- Terrorists aim to break the spirit of communal harmony, striking at the very heart of India's cultural and religious coexistence.
- They seek to undermine the resilience of the Hindu community, provoke retaliatory sentiments, and destabilise national integrity.
- Such attacks are not merely on individuals but on the very ethos of Sanatan Dharma—which teaches compassion, forgiveness, and universal love.
However, history bears witness to the fact that the spirit of Sanatan Dharma cannot be broken. From ancient invaders to modern-day extremists, countless attempts have been made to tarnish its legacy, but each time, it has emerged stronger and more resilient.
Our Tribute to the Departed Souls
We bow our heads in solemn homage to the departed souls who lost their lives in this cowardly act. They were not just pilgrims; they were torchbearers of faith and symbols of endurance. Their journey, though interrupted, will forever remain a testament to the undying human spirit.
In their memory:
- We observe two minutes of silence, praying for their souls to attain peace and moksha.
- We stand united with their families in this hour of grief, extending our heartfelt condolences and unwavering support.
- We reaffirm our commitment to national unity and religious harmony, declaring that terrorism will never succeed in dividing us.
A Call for Justice and Collective Strength
We urge the government and security agencies to bring the perpetrators of this ghastly act to justice swiftly. The sanctity of religious freedoms must be protected at all costs. Furthermore:
- It is the moral duty of every Indian, regardless of faith, to stand together against such atrocities.
- Let this tragedy not sow seeds of hatred but instead, strengthen the bonds of unity, peace, and mutual respect.
As we mourn this irreplaceable loss, let us remember:
“धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः” – Dharma protects those who protect Dharma.
May the light of their faith continue to guide us, and may peace prevail over violence, love over hatred, and unity over division.
Om Shanti.

Om Shanti.Unbearable loss for the India .
No doubt.
The scene of a newly wedded lady wearing traditional bangles (Chura) in her hands and the color of Mehndi has not vanished from her palms, is sitting besides the dead body of her husband can make even stones to shed tears but the stone hearted peoples rather terrorists pelted bullets mercilessly on innocent peoples who were enjoying the beauty of nature in Pahalgam. What was their fault? Were they not human beings? Was their fault that they were not Mohandans? None of the sacred books of any religion preach violence nor even Koran to which they say they follow.
Sir, you have rightly said that this is a attack on spiritual harmony and they have attacked the spirit of Sanatan Dharma , where there is no place for violence but it stands for the belief that the world is one family.
We mourn this irreplaceable loss and pray for the peace prevailing over violence, love over hatred and unity over division.
Om Shanti
